Rub a dub dub

I know I'm not posting pictures as frequently as before.  But now that I'm feeling better I'm trying to get stuff done around the house.  That and we're still in the very sleepy baby phase.  I'm trying though.

She's still not a huge fan of the bath, but it seems like there is a little less crying each time.

We flipped the mattress so it is flatter and gave the crib another shot.  She looks so tiny in that big crib!

And not to be forgotten...

LET'S GO CAPS!

Playoff hockey has arrived and McKenna is ready to go.  C-A-P-S! C-A-P-S! C-A-P-S! CAPS! CAPS! CAPS!

She's starting to lay a little flatter, which makes us feel a lot better.  She still moves around a lot in her sleep though.  We moved the pack and play into her room and so far she is doing great sleeping on her own.  She's a little to small for her crib right now though.  I attempted to put her in the crib for a nap the other day.  I heard her crying and when I checked on her she was face first into the side of the crib one leg hanging out.  I think she needs a little more meat on her bones so it weighs her down more.

Here was my attempt to get a shot of her hair when it was looking a little wild.  I looked back through some of my baby pictures and it looks like I didn't lose my hair as a baby.  Maybe McKenna won't either.

5 weeks old

I took McKenna and had pictures taken.  Here are some of the good ones.

So much hair

This is as close as they will probably get for a while.  He weighs about twice as much as she does.

Joy and Sadness

My Grandfather passed away on Easter Sunday, so we had to go to Pennsylvania for the funderal. We will miss Poppy very much. It was a rough couple of days, but it was nice having McKenna to bring some much needed joy.
