6 Months

My how the time flies.  McKenna is 6 months old now.  She went for her 6 month check up and did wonderful.  She is 26 inches long.  Weighs 13 pounds 9 ounces.  She got 3 shots and took them all with very little crying.  Her first tooth came through the other day.  You can't see it that well but we can really feel it.  It actually took us a few days to notice because she didn't really fuss.

We took her today to get some pictures taken and here are the 4 we got prints of.  The CD is in the mail so once I have that I will try to post more.  We'll be sending grandmas the prints to share with everyone.

Going to a party

McKenna got all dressed up for a baby shower.  Also a couple of pictures in our favorite hooded towel.

Lucky

Monday morning started off with a bang - literally.  I had just dropped McKenna off at school and about half to the metro station a deer jumped out and hit my car.  I was totally fine other than being freaked out.  I really didn't want to get out of the car to check the damage because I figured it wasn't going to be a pretty site.  By some miracle it wasn't that bad.  The car appears to have very minimal damage.  But we'll see what the insurance company comes back with.  These pictures are after I took it to the carwash.  I figured I'd spare everyone the urine and feces.  Somehow there was no blood.
My license plate appears to have taken the worst of it.
Fog light popped out of place little
This is what it is supposed to look like.

Maxwell has been finding new places to hang out. Here he's trying to use the garbage can as a way to get on top of the bookshelves.

McKenna has been doing good.  She's had some slight issues with her tummy recently.  We think it might be do to teething, starting the solid foods, a bug of some sort or any combination of those things.  The past few days she's been wonderful.  So hopefully whatever it was has past.

The stain there isn't what you think.  It's a little bit of corn that she spit up.
