It was as if we had a flood with 20 inches of snow on top of it. Some places the roads were in really good shape, other places they were flooded, some spots had several inches of slush, and some spots hadn't been touched. There was one puddle that was so deep it probably came up to at least half my tires. I wasn't so sure I was going to be able to drive through it. (for anyone in the area don't try to turn up Yokum from Edsall for a few more days...)
I snapped a couple of pictures with my phone while I was out and about.
This is the parking lot at the mall across the street. They've done a good job getting it cleared but there are just mountains of snow here and there.
Here you can see that the plowed snow it almost up to the level of windows on my car.
Not sure why this car was left at the grocery store, but sucks to be them.
These last two are in the lot at our building. And for anyone that wants to lecture me about taking pictures while driving...They were all taken while I was at a dead stop waiting on traffic and lights.

The Federal Government is closed again today. I've had a cold since Saturday, so I'm thankful that I don't have to actually go outside in my sick-pregnant state. There is more snow on the way today. They are calling for about 10 - 15 more inches. GOOD TIMES! I think it goes without saying, I'm ready for Spring.
